Frugal To The Max

How far would you go to save in today's economy? Here are 6 bold ways to go frugal!
Getting rid of my car? Not me, because public transportation is not available at my job. If I have to go to places where public transportation is convenient then I will do so.
Taking in a renter is not an option for me.
I did downsize my home by getting rid of it, and the apartment I live in has saved me thousands. I am going to move into a smaller cheaper apartment eventually.
I don't use credit or debit cards. Although this is an inconvenience at times, I have managed to get by, and saved on interests and fees.
I use coupons only on products I use and buy generic whenever possible. In my area there is an ALDI store that has extreme savings on items that supermarkets charge 3 times higher at times.
I've been living a simple life for years. My computer is 10 years old, my cellphone is a simple minute refill phone, most technological wonders don't exist for me. I don't even have cable. Of course there will come a time that I will be forced to upgrade, but then I will look for the cheapest option before I buy.
